Last week, our T1 cross country and biathlon athle

Last week, our T1 cross country and biathlon athletes hosted part 2 of the exchange with @chelseanordiq. We went skiing, stayed at the Lake Louise hostel, hiked to the falls at Johnston Canyon, skated on Lake Louise, explored Banff and did a downtown Calgary scavenger hunt, among other things. We spent a lot of time having fun and getting to know new people. This exchange was made possible through the @csfep Canada Sports Friendship Exchange Program. Amazing memories were made!!!

Come out for the last Try-biathlon Night of the se

Come out for the last Try-biathlon Night of the season on March 6th! Biathlon is a sport that combines cross-country skiing and rifle shooting. To offer an opportunity to try out this sport, we will be running three try-biathlon sessions this winter. These sessions will be open to athletes aged 7 to 14 who would like to try shooting. For these sessions, we will be shooting the eco-aims camera rifles and skate skiing. If you only have classic skis, that is just fine. These sessions are open to skiers of all abilities. We also are offering the opportunity to borrow gear if you do not already own Nordic skis.
