Cross-Country Skiers born in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, or 2007  may be eligible to participate in the Alberta Winter Games in Fort McMurray.

To be eligible to compete at the 2018 Alberta Winter Games (AWG),  you must first participate in the local qualifying event.

The Zone 3 (Calgary) qualifying event will be held in conjunction with the Alberta Cup #2 race being held at the Canmore Nordic Centre on Sunday, December 3, 2017.  The event is scheduled to be Classic Technique Mass Start.

All eligible Zone 3 athletes who compete at the Alberta Cup #2 event will automatically be considered for the 2018 Alberta Winter Games.  No separate registration is required.
