Foothills Nordic Ski Club is excited to introduce 3 new programs this spring for beginners and returning members.
Athletes in these programs will learn the basics of off season training through activities including: hiking, running, ski striding, body weight strength training, balance/agility and games. Both programs are for 10 to 15 year olds and adults who like to be active outdoors and are interested in the sport of cross country skiing.
Introduction to Train to Train (T1-XC) is for 12-15 year olds new to cross country skiing. Information can be found HERE
Introduction to Track Attack (TA-XC) is for 10-11 year olds. This program is new for spring, suitable for beginners and existing Track Attack athletes. Information on Intro to Track Attack can be found HERE
Adult Ski Fitness for adults looking to maintain their fitness in the offseason. Information on the Spring Ski Fitness Program can be found HERE
