At this time we are able to offer in person programming while following the guidelines of the Alberta Health Services, Nordiq Alberta, Nordiq Canada, Biathlon Alberta and Biathlon Canada. If these guidelines change to become more restrictive, we may need to switch to virtual training.  If this occurs we will work to resume in person training as quickly as possible.

Registration for the remaining portion of the year will open July 22th at 8am

Team ULLR fills a programming gap by supporting athletes who want to continue their athletic development beyond high school, while maintaining post-secondary education and/or work commitments. Team ULLR strives to deliver flexible programming options for high performance athletes.

Programming will address the requirements of high performance training and racing. Team ULLR maintains an Integrated Support Team comprised of technique coaches, a physician, as well as a strength consultant. The team will attend key races within Canada and the United States including NORAMs, World Junior and Senior Trials, Nationals and Alberta Cups. While maintaining a strong connection with FNSC athletes, coaches and volunteers, training will run over three periods (Off Season, Pre-Season, Race-Season).

ULLR, from Norse mythology is a legendary Nordic icon.  Celebrating FNSC’s roots, ULLR was the central point of FNSC’s original brand.  The team name celebrates FNSC’s long standing tradition in the Canadian Nordic ski community and signifies the strength of character and hard work our athletes exhibit.
