Learn To Loppet
Learn To Loppet Program
Designed for intermediate skiers, this program offers a social, supportive environment focused on technique improvement and fitness through longer ski outings. Ideal for those who enjoy skiing at a steady pace while building endurance and efficiency in classic and skate skiing.
What to Expect
Certified coaches who tailor training for adult skiers, prioritizing technique, injury prevention, and recovery.
Technique feedback at every practice.
Fall dryland training to improve fitness and build team camaraderie.
Strength training at Winsport, adaptable for all levels and injury recovery.
Loppet participation encouraged as a way to track progress, with coaching support before events.
Community involvement with volunteer days at Confed for snow farming, setup, and takedown.
Is This Program for You?
You can ski 15–20 km in 3 hours.
You enjoy a social training atmosphere at a steady pace.
You are new to structured training but want to improve fitness and learn about intervals and meso-cycles.
Skin skis are your go-to.
Note: This is not a learn-to-ski program. If you are not comfortable skiing 15+ km in 3 hours, the Adult Learn to Ski program may be a better fit.
