Finally warmed up to -25c so we got the groomer out this afternoon. Blue, Green and Orange were all groomed and track set most everywhere except for a few thin spots. We hope to get the other trails and driving range done tomorrow.

One ask: sometimes we have to groom during the day. If you see us please avoid skiing in the tracks or skate late right after as they are soft. Ideally the grooming gets a chance to set up for at least an hour before being skied on. The tracks will last a lot longer that way. Thanks!

Foothills Nordic has decided to start to ask users for a grooming/trail fee this year. We have a number of unexpected expenses over the last year and have also hired another person more dedicated to grooming. This income will help pay for the continued grooming, snow farming and operation of Confederation Park Golf course. Thank you for your support!

Family: $60

Adult: $40

Child/youth: $30 (18 and under)

Or per visit $10 for an adult and $6 for child/youth.

You can pay online via zone 4 or in the Box at Confed. It will be 100% on the honour system.
